　　心理因素也是性成瘾重要的因素，与家庭、社会环境的影响有关。比如色情影视、书刊的诱惑；长辈的不良示范；在成长过程中遇到一些挫折，如被人虐待、家庭暴力，无法从家庭温暖取得依靠，求助于性爱获得释放后，最终形成心理依赖等。还有的人是想利用性来证明自己的魅力，性伴侣越多越能让他自信。一些人一直找不到满意的性爱，所以不断猎艳，也有一些人食髓知味，不断寻求刺激。
